Canadian screen actress who is most well-known for her character Bo Dennis from Lost Girl. The actress began her role in the CBS show' Blood & Treasure, from 2019 onwards. In addition, she has appeared on Earthstorm (2006) and The Perfect Neighbor (2005). Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk, an academic who hails from Fredericton New Brunswick Canada and Ilkay Silk, an actress producer director playwright educator. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna's first memories are of watching her mom work and attending play rehearsals. Silk played a role as a youngster in a variety of commercials. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Arts at St. Thomas University in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas was involved in at minimum two performances in the early days of theatre. They were Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1998). Samuel as well as Levi are their sons. Her first big part as Bo Dennis, a succubus in the Canadian TV series Lost Girl in 2009. CNN has rated her character Bo and Lauren in their relationship as lovers of the same sexuality in Lost Girl one of their all-time favorite TV couples. E! declared them Top TV Couples of 2013.
