Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese business owner living in Orange County, California. My wonderful husband JP and my jolly dad Henry. Many people recognize me as @annephung on Instagram which is where I share my journey - from the ups to the downs. When I was just 1 1/2 years old my family, me and my parents moved from the United States to America. If not for the hard work of my parents I might not even be here today sharing the journey with you. Knowing I had an opportunity for a better life, I worked hard to impress them and had a clear vision for the success. I had a set plan in my life that was to go to university and get a corporate job, get married, buy the house, and then have kids. My idea of success was to go to college to graduate, then get an employment in a corporation. Then I'd get married to buy a home and start a family. But life had different plans. The year 2013 brought me to the realization that it difficult to accept my job. Although the salary and position was good but I did not feel that the work was satisfying. It was more like I was doing nothing but wasting time. The passion I have for fitness as well as my passion for socializing with other people led me to discover my dream job as an instructor. This year I'll be celebrating my 7th anniversary. In 2014, I started my own business. In the field of coaching it is not a lot of Asian women. My goal in this industry is to help create a durable and healthy life style that is in line with the desires of my customers. In addition, I wish for people to feel empowered to follow their dreams and accomplish whatever they want throughout their lives. My professional career began to take off when I was enjoying the highest success of my life. My mother passed away just when my career took off. To be in Heaven she now rests in peace after a long battle with Scleroderma. Yet, I keep the memory about her each day. Even if you can't see it initially, the universe has a funny way of giving us what we really require. Many ways, my mother's passing has changed my life. I truly believe she offered me another chance to experience her loss. When she passed away at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance give me a second chance of living an enjoyable, fulfilling and fulfilling life. Now into my 30's I am alive and conscious I truly feel like I'm living my life today and not merely existing like the person I was back in my previous. My life is shared to you with the hope that you will resonate with my words and experiences in order to let you be aware that you're not on your own, to be aware that you are beyond capable of anything that you can imagine. and that love is real, that therapy is a necessity and normal to be healthy is truly the best source of wealth. As death is all there is in this world I wish you a great time in the rest of your days and live without regrets.
